We are pleased to share that the Brigantine Coho project has successfully achieved outline planning permission for 14 eco-friendly cohousing homes in Penryn. This marks a significant milestone, allowing us to proceed with the Stage 3 Reserved Matters planning application.

What’s Next?

We are now working on:

• Detailed planning submission to discharge conditions, including biodiversity, drainage, and archaeological requirements.

• Community engagement to refine the designs and ensure the project meets local needs.

• Business planning to finalize the financial model for long-term affordability.

• Seeking a Registered Provider (RP) partnership to manage affordable rental homes.
