PROJECT FALCON….

Falcon, short for Fal Co-housing Neighbourhoods, is our ‘coho’ project set up for residents who live along the River Fal and would like to see more community-led homes in the area.

A Coho is essentially group self-build, ‘micro-villages’ that aim to create a satisfying blend of private homes assembled around shared facilities.
