Falcon, short for Fal Cohousing Neighbourhoods, is a project set up for residents who live along the River Fal and would like to see more cohousing in the area.

Cohousing is essentially group self-build, ‘micro-villages’ that aim to create a satisfying blend of private homes assembled around shared facilities.
